"Canceling was easy, but watch the refund timing"
I ended up having to cancel my order, and to be fair, they handled the cancellation quickly. Just a heads up for anyone else though, the refund didn’t come through right away and took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge problem for me, but I’d definitely keep an eye on it if you cancel

"Textbook arrived sooner than expected"
I ordered a textbook last week and it ended up showing up just a few days later, which surprised me in a good way. The tracking was easy to follow and the package arrived in good shape. I do wish the ordering or delivery instructions had been a little clearer upfront, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Rental ended up being kind of a pain"
I rented a textbook from textbookx and it was more hassle than I expected. It came later than I needed it too, which was annoying for class. The book itself was okay, just worn and beat up a bit. Returning it wasnt that clear either, I had to figure stuff out more than I thought I would. Price was decent I guess, but overall the whole thing just felt frustrating.

"Books matched my course, but I still expected an apology"
textbookx did a decent job matching the books to my actual course materials, so I didn’t have to sit there guessing which one was correct. It showed the exact class info and saved me some time before the semester started. Checkout was simple too, and I didn’t run into any major issues. That said, if there was any confusion or delay on their end, I do think a quick apology would’ve been appreciated.

"I Thought My Order Was Stuck, But They Fixed It"
At first my textbook order wasn’t updating, and I immediately assumed something went wrong or it got lost in the system. I emailed support, and they got back to me quickly. It took about a day or so, but they sorted it out and I ended up getting my book. Not a flawless experience, but they did fix the problem.

"Pretty reliable seller in my experience"
I had a perfectly fine experience with this seller overall. The book arrived without any real issues, and it was basically what I was expecting when I placed the order. Nothing dramatic to report, which is kind of what you want when buying a book online. It showed up okay, the transaction felt straightforward, and I’d say the seller was reliable for me.

"Pretty smooth buyback overall"
I sold back two books after finally cleaning off the little stack that had been sitting on my desk since last semester, and the whole thing went smoothly. The shipping label worked without any issues, which I was relieved about because my printer has been acting weird lately. Payment took a few days longer than I thought it would, but it still came through fine. Overall, not bad at all and I’d probably use it again

"The site was, uh, kind of frustrating to use"
I was trying to find a used textbook, the site felt clunky. Like, some pages took a while to load, and the search filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected. I ended up clicking around way more than I should’ve just to compare prices. I did find what I needed in the end, so... it worked, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

The tracking worked well and my book showed up right when I expected it to, which was nice. It did seem to sit in one spot for about a day before moving again, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad it arrived without any real hassle.

"Found the textbook I needed quickly"
I was looking for a specific textbook and managed to find it fast, which was a relief because I didn’t want to spend forever searching around. The only thing is that they didn’t seem to have every edition available, so if you need a very specific version, you may have to double-check before assuming it’s there. But for me, they had the one I needed, so overall it worked out fine.

"Pretty trustworthy overall"
I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the books showed up just like they were supposed to. The prices felt fair too, which I appreciated. Shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but not enough to be a dealbreaker... I’d probably order again.

"Everything went smoothly"
I ordered this while I was picking up a few other things online, and I didn’t think much about it until the package showed up. The delivery was fine, the packaging looked normal, and after checking it over, it turned out to be the exact book I meant to order. No mixups or surprises.

"Refund took longer than it should’ve"
Returning the book itself was easy enough, so I’m not saying the whole experience was terrible. But the refund took way longer than I expected, and I had to email them twice just to get an update. I did get my money back eventually, but it was annoying and shouldn’t have taken that much follow-up...
